 If TDS return is not filed within the specified due dates being 31st July, 2016 for the 1st quarter corresponding to FY 2016-17, the major consequences would be levy interest.

However in case of payments made under sec. 194A, 194C, 194H, 194I and 194J in respect of individual and HUF, only if the turnover or professional receipt exceeds sum of Rs. 1 Crore or Rs. 25 Lacs respectively in previous year, there is a requirement to deduct tax at source.

    Could kindly give the reply for below mentioned problem
    While we filling the TDS return we mentioned the PAN number of the Deductor wrong
    What will be the consequences ???
    What is the solution for the above mentioned problem ????

    Dear sir
    . I have case we don’t deducted tds on Nov 2015 bill. so, My query is can deducted tds on jan 2016
    Hence calculate 1% to deduct( Nov to jan)
    & deposit it 5 Feb 2016 we worng or right.

    What is quarter return this entry Q3 or Q 4
